Hi my name is Samuel Maswanganne [Email Removed], I have took my car to the dealership as it was having a sound in the gear box, so they have stripped my car and they told me that the new gear box is around R10 000 for CK Geely but the promised me that they will get me a quote for reconditioning the gear box and they told me it's going to cost R4850 and I told them that I don't have that money but, I want the gear box back so that I can take somewhere else were its going to be cheaper and I'll pay them the labour to fit the gear box back for me, but now its two months down the line I don't have a car they cannot give me my gear box they are telling me that one of their employees who is now fired took by gear box. and they say the is nothing they can do and I really need the car cause I'm using it to get to work, up until now I don't have a car. So please assist. I want my car as it was so that I can take it somewhere else were they can assist me, their numbered is 013 692 8602. I even reported this matter to Geely SA but they did not do anything I even have a proof of the e-mail I sent them I even called them. Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you
