Bad business practices

Firstly I was quoted for a repair, told them it was too high for me. They said they'll give me a discount after assessing the phone. But when quotation came it now included a FPC cable that took the price back to the original quoted. If you know you're replacing a full screen assembly and this part is mandatory why not include it in the first quote? Unless u jus wanted me 2 book in d phone and than do as u please!!! Nobody mentioned it was damaged. Also if i book a phone in and ask for an ETA does it not make sense to check spare availabilty b4 giving me dates? A phone I had said I need for my travel 4rm JHB2KZN this weekend is now arriving Monday after I was promised latest Thursday. Very inconsiderate!!!
