Incompetence irritates me

I am using SWUpdate on my Windows 8 machine. I am trying to install the Graphics Driver. There are 2 parts of the Graphics Driver. Part 1 of 828MB was installed fine, but Part 2 of 367 MB did not download/install. Anyhow I dealt with a horrible online service from Samsung. The consultants don't give their names. I dealt with expert36 and expert58 that couldn't fix my issues on the one day. expert56 tried another day and told me to uninstall swupdate (he thought it was corrupted), went and downloaded another copy of the file. Noticed that there was no graphics driver to be installed. He apologise for the inconvenience. I ASSuMEd he gave correct advice. But now I see that the SWUpdate is needed to update Graphics Driver part 2 367 MB which still does NOT download and install.

NOT IMPRESSED that a global giant gives TERRIBLE ADVICE
