I had purchased a bundle kit from Evetech this year. I built the same day with a processor from Evetech after they did not have on site. I was told to return with my pc when they received the correct processor that they would have to install it for me as if damages were incurred if I changed it myself it could be my problem. I have used my pc ever since and never even opened it. Recently I wanted to remove a graphics card to install a new one and discovered to my dismay that the graphics pci slot was adrift and immediately notified Evetech of my dissatisfaction with the product and waited a week to only get a response saying Msi said that there was physical damage and that warranty is void.
I cannot find physical damage as a clause in the online t's and c's. It stipulates wilful damage which is not the case at all. I cant agree with this if Msi claims denyability to poor product defectivness then i can only assume that the technicians might have damaged my motherboard.
Evetech has a right to protect consumers and are failing me and also dont have a proffesional approch to rectify customer dissatisfaction. I did not damage the board and find it sad that they loose a customer.
