Promised to be at my address at 8:00 am - arrived earlier. Smiled and explained what he was doing throughout the repair to our TV failure. Did not rush, but performed all his actions with due care and diligence. Diagnosed the problem and completed repair professionally. A joy to have and his knowledge undoubted.
