BAD SAMSUNG SERVICE

Not even a year since I bought a SAMSUNG fridge and it FAILED. After countless times of contacting the furniture shop and Samsung, the technician is "still on the way" (two weeks later). Then they promised to replace the fridge but to this day I have not heard anything substantial and IT'S SUMMER for heaven's sake.
