Easier said than done, here I am my car still not being repaired, having been to the Bosch en Seuns repair since 8th, "constant feedback" was promised like in their response, Until today I never heard from them, I called the repair who told me they send Outsurence a note about by my car and whether they must repair or not? N they are waiting for response. The guy did not want to say or what is it that made them to ask for a go ahead even when i asked, until I ask whether that means even having my car now written off and he said yes, I ask wen Outsurence is going to confirm that n the guy did not know. I called Outsurence call center and the consultant I spoke to, caring very little, said they responded to repair on the 14th so they do not know what the repair is talking about. She also wldnt tell what they said to the repair??? I need a car that I am paying for every month? and that I cannot get credit to buy another car? and that I do not have time to be switching between Outsurence and Repair to get one answer at a time that I still have to squeeze out of people? Does anyone care? This is trash
