I had a problem with my Lorus watch which was still under warranty. It had been under repair twice before. Timmy and Sipho werevery helpful and arranged to have my watch exchanged instead. Was not expecting an exchange but another repair. They went the extra mile and have no hesitation in recommending them for watch repairs.
