Samsung S4 very poor quality

I have had my S4 phone for just over one month now. As of this last weekend I have had an ongoing problem with the battery. It charges to 100 percent and then does not even last half a day. Today it only lasted to 10:56 am. I took it off charge in the morning around 07:30 am, by 09:00 already it was down to 75%. All I had done was check one or two messages and emails. Then at 10:56 my phone showed 65%, I wanted to look at a website, as I loaded it, my phone switched off and then came back on saying Battery flat and switched off again. I now do not have a phone for the rest of the day and I am in sales with my phone being my most important tool. I also can only get it attended to this weekend so I will have to suffer the rest of the week, before having to drive nearly 20km just for them to look at it. This is absolutely terrible, and as there have been so many reports about the battery issues with the S4, why has'nt Samsung made a statement and dealt with it before off its customers? I have spent a fortune on this phone, as much as a good laptop and after 1 month its giving me issues. I do not accept this. My landline is 011 787 2004 as you wont be able to reach me on my cel
