No response from website query

I made a query on the Samsung website regarding a build quality/screen issue however there was no response.
I'm aware that people probably ask a lot of questions on the website however they should all be replied to in a prompt manner.
My query was basically as follows:
I unboxed my Galaxy S3 on the 8th of October 2013. On the 9th of October 2013 I found a single crack running across the width of the phone at a slightly diagonal angle near the bottom. The phone itself shows no marks on it whatsoever and has clearly not been dropped etc. From what I've seen in the past is that these screens usually shatter in a spectacular manner, what makes me suspicious is this is just a single crack.
I'm rather disappointed in the product and this is the first handset that has ever broken on me.

On my website query I asked what the way forward should be, whether someone can inspect the phone as I feel that the phone was possibly flawed.
