Poor Quality of Goods

I have had my Samsung S4 for about a month when the phone went faulty. The repair center in Constantia does not stock the mother board that apparently need to be replaced and the board need to be shipped from overseas ans i need to wait 2 weeks!

this was clearly a factory fault. I bought a new phone now you want to repair the faulty device??? i can assure you that i did not want to pay a monthly subscription for a repaired phone!

I was not even offered a temp phone while they where sorting out this matter.

Can understand if i have the phone for 6 months to a year then i can be told it might user related. but one month and you kidding me?

the reference number is below. Please sort this out before i go to the Consumer Protection act because i am sure they will assist me.
