FOOLED ME TWICE

I decided to sign up for the Red VIP contract through Nashua Mobile and I selected an iphone 5- 64 gigs. The contract is costing R2000.00. The first phone wasnt charging properly- the battery would be drained by using the phone to make calls. No apps were installed as yet on the phone but it i made a 10 minute calls the battery would go down by 10-15%. I returned the phone on a Wednesday and on Saturday a new one was ready. I put in the sim card in the morning and made a few calls- but the earpiece was not working as I could barely hear the person on the other end. I took it back to Nashua Mobile and they tested it, only to also discover the phone is faulty. I have this phone for business purposes but whats the use of having this contract if I cant use the phone because they keep giving me duds? Isnt Apple supposed the worlds best phone? I have a Samsung S4 mini which makes me happy. Apple has shown me nothing but inconvenience. Will i be lucky the third time around?
