AppleBerry has had my phone for nearly SIX weeks!

I handed in my Blackberry at their PM branch almost six weeks ago, after 3 weeks my husband picked it up from their Howick branch, he brought it home and it still didn't work, so we took it back again. 3 weeks later, they still have my phone! Howick is a half hour drive from Boston where I live but every time I drove to Howick I would call at the branch and ask when I would get my phone only to be told that "The technician is working on it." Two weeks ago I was told by a woman from the PM branch that they would probably have to replace the motherboard but they would not charge me for it, I took that as an apology for the appalling service up to that point. She asked me for another cell number as well as mine and my husband's and said she would sms all three with information as to what they were going to do and when I would get my phone... The sms didn't tell me when I would be getting my phone or what they would be doing, just that they would be testing it... it seems they are still "testing" it! This person also did not have a very good attitude. In the meantime the Howick branch has closed down and on phoning the PM branch it goes straight to message. This is ridiculous!
