About a month ago I wrote a lengthy report on an issue I've had with a Samsung TV this entire year so far. The report, here on HelloPeter, was said to have been seen by Samsung, and that a representative would contact me.
I have not been contacted and I am still in the dark with progress! I am by nature a very patient person, but even I find this totally ridiculous, unprofessional and infuriating!
