Our Fridge/freezer has developed ANOTHER problem. I phoned Samsung Service who duly booked a service for me. About an hour later the service agent phoned and made arrangements for yesterday 30th Sept 2013 to attend to the problem. I asked for a time as I am self employed but they would only send an sms 30 minutes before they arrived. Initially there was going to be someone here all day but this changed. I had to cancel work in Sandton to stay home as we live in Boksburg (more then 30 mins away) At 15h15 I phoned again as I had not been contacted and the visit was still confirmed. Needless to say 8h00, 1st October 2013, no one pitched and I lost a whole day of work and R1 800.00 loss of earnings as a direct result. They didn't even have the decency to tell me they were not going to turn up! This unit has given the same problem 5/6 times prior to this new issue so I am seriously re-thinking any future purchases as clearly the quality of Samsung product is becoming poor and the service... Well WHAT SERVICE?
