No LTE coverage??? Really???

I signed up for a new Samsung Galaxy S4 phone a couple of days ago.
I was so excited about the new phone.
Its a really fabulous phone.
Ever since I got the phone I have NEVER had LTE service - let alone 3G service on this phone.
I was expecting FANTASTIC SUPER FAST WORLD CLASS internet access.
Its an awesome phone - WRONG network.
I'm REALLY disgusted with MTN's bad/ NON-existing 3G or 4G coverage.
