The Samsung S4 has been marketed internationally, as a 4G/LTE capable phone and was a key factor in my decision to purchase the phone. I took delivery of my phone and discovered it does not have the capability. Apparently the model of the phone supplied in this country (GT-I9500) does not have this. Whereas the one supplied (GT-I9505) to other markets (eg.US) does. If you go onto the "Voice of the Customer" section of the Samsung Africa Website, the I9500 model is not even there, so its impossible to even leave a comment. Samsung obviously can supply whatever model they like in a particular region. But there was little to no attempt to make it clear to thier consumers that they were supplying them an inferior product in this region!
