THEIR AFTER SALE SERVICE

We spent R22'000 at Tafelberg Furniture on 17 July 2013
Bought freestanding single door fridge and freezer
Less than 1 month we logged a fault with AEG - the overflow water tank behind the fridge was filling up and leaked onto my floor under my newly fitted cupboards
Technician came onsite on 16 August 2013 and advised we need a heater type part too assist in evaporating the water
My husband left 4 messages in the last 3 weeks for eta on this part (last message left messages for Renieer today)
Not even senior management have bothered to return his calls to date
The rubber on the fridge door only seals half way down
I logged my complaint with Tafelberg today lets see if they can get answers
I now have new laminated floors installed and tank still not fixed
