Where is the BBM

Samsung stated on their SA website that BBM will be available on 21 Sep 2013. The date has come and gone and we still do not have BBM available. Samsung Playstore had a lot of fake "BBM apps" on 21 Sep 2013 but not the geniune BBM.

When are we getting BBM
