Shocking service

So my story continues... I asked that they send out a software person to look at the software problem, which never happened. So I had to leave and go overseas with a broken laptop. Needless to say that while I am overseas I get an sms telling me that my service call was closed and another sms to rate their service. I let them know how bad I viewed their service and surprisingly I never got a reply. I would suggest that if you are serious about business to stay away from Samsung products.

To my next problem. While I am overseas my washing machine gives in, also top of the range, 12kg Deep foaming Washing machine. My wife places a call on the 1st of September after being messed around for two days and it is now the 18th of September and the machine still is not working. This is not the service that I was promised nor the product quality that I bought. I am now told that they are waiting for a part. I found out that all their servicing has been outsourced to I am of the opinion not qualified companies. My opinion of Samsung is the typical trap of false marketing with no product or service quality. I have had better service from Hi-Sense which I am told is an inferior product, not
