I have purchased a BELL cordless home telephone from the store in the phoenix plaza mall in durban, this telephone which has been changed 5 times has only given me problems, i tried to to contact them yet again and briefly Mr Khan gives me his disgusting attitude telephonically, and says he cant help me, and ask me if his supplier should think his stupid for exchanging the phone 5 times, the receipt that was given to me has been worn out into a blank piece of paper... i feel this business is service isnt good and should not offer products to customers without repair guarantee...
