I have, on many occasions purchased kfc from the Phoenix Plaza only to find that the food is always cold and stale. This isn't the only problem that kfc has, they have on many times, gave me the incorrect order, furthermore when i get home and realize it was incorrect and contact them, they don't have the decency to send out somebody to correct my order, but rather ask if i can bring it back or wait until the next day. i feel that customer satisfaction should be of utmost importance, but kfc in the phoenix plaza could care less about this... disappointed...!!!
