Wrecking my washing

I bought a samsung combination washing / tumble drier due to limited space. I have tried all the cycles there is as well as lowering the spins as advised by samsung call centre and my washing still crinkled, so much so that i cant even iron tne crinkles out. All my jerseys are recked to to mention all my other washing.
I am very disappointed in samsung and hate myself for not rather bought defy or whirlpool
please help!!!
