No progress from 18 August

I had since re-booked my phone on the 18th August after I had collected it from the repair center and it had not been repaired the first time around at the end of July. After waiting for 2 hours, I eventually proved to the service manager that my phone still has a problem as he was trying to convince me that the problem was with my network provider. The service manager then instructed me to book my phone in and I should keep the handset and I will receive a call when a replacement part has been received. Additionally, I received a call from Evans (a manager from Samsung) who followed up on my booking, and he further promised that he would make arrangements for my phone to be collected from my place of work to the service center for the final repairs. I am following up on this matter, but nobody from the service center is able to provide progress on this matter.
