I purchased a new fridge and contacted A-Z Gauteng Electrical & Plumbing Centurion about 3 weeks later to come out to connect the water filter. I was not present at the time when they came out to do the job.
That same evening I noticed that my fridge was leaking water which means that A-Z Electrical & Plumbing up.
I contacted Kobus who was responsible for the job. He came out to my house but contacted me that it was not their fault.
Very strange that the fridge was leaking just after they connected the filters.
I refused to pay and now they are threatening me with auditors and ITC etc etc
This is a warning not to make use of their service as they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Also the lady that contacted me and threatened me with the auditors should learn manners and some people skills and not have an attitude. She can hardly speak english and tried to read me the terms and conditions. Just a waste of my time.
