BEWARE WHEN BUYING SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. The after care is SHOCKING. Samsung does not have a SUFFICIENT SPARES DEPARTMENT; Samsung DO NOT COME BACK TO YOU. They TAKE YOUR MONEY and you are FORGOTTEN. You are better off buying from a more reputable company. You SPEND THOUSANDS ON A FRIDGE and YOU CAN'T EVEN BUY a simple internal generic draw or shelf. CUSTOMER CARE ABOMINATION. I have been dealing with: Theo Govender and Lenny Reddy (Supposed Manager of Samsung Spares in Durban) since 27 February 2013 and still NO JOY, NO HELP, FALSE PROMISES, NO COMMUNICATION AND STILL NO PART.
