Its so sad that when you purchase your handset you receive great service but once the handset is faulty and you need it to be repaired you receive bad service.
I took my S3 to constantia kloof for repairs. I was initialy told that parts are delivered daily. everytime i call im promised the next day, today being the 7th day im still told the following day and if I tell Janita (person who received my call) about it, she tranfers my call to Lebo who doesnt answer and my call is taken from one desk to another without anyone assisting me and people laughing at the backround
This is just bad service as no one is giving clear indication of what is happening.
Bad Customer Service... no communication, atleast a customer should be called and told what is causing the delay unlike waiting for the custome to call and be made a fool
