My 4 month old S4 died. strangely one day it just simply stopped charging and then wouldnt turn on. samsungs flagship in terms of reliability im disappointed. 4 months is just sad.

i took my phone to samsung smart care at constantia kloof and your customer service is shocking almost to the point where i thought about taking my phone elsewhere.
i requestered the lady who booked in my phone that after the assesment they must call so that we can decide what should happen to my data once they know what is wrong with my phone. they did not do that instead they assesed the phone and ordered the parts and stuff which is fine but still no one bothered to call me. im waiting so i can decided weather to get another phone in the interim. this lack of communication is what enfuriates me the most because i had to go to the store to enquire.
the lady at the store says to me it was not her responsibilty to call me it was the technician. really so nobody takes responsibility to talk to the client. i have no idea how long it will take for the parts to arrive so i have no idea when ill get my phone back. what do i do now!! no loan units nothing. so the phone fails client is stranded.
