I lost my phone two weeks, I sent through my claims form and all required documents. I was promised I will receive my handset within 72 hours of the claim being processed. its been two weeks now and I am still waiting for a handset to be delivered. I called through and spoke to another consultant and was promised a return call from a manager I am still waiting a week later. The agents at the call centre are rude and lack empathy. I don't that I will ever receive my handset.
