We too ordered a Canon 60D and other accesories and we maid the payment on 18 July as on the quote and since then we still wating for the package. After consultation with Peter and Daniel from the East Londen branch we also have to pay the waybill of R4300 after we discovered that the package is arriving from Londen (UK) on OR Thambo. This payment was made on 24 July. They never told us about the taxes that we have to paid. If you look at there shipping policy on there website, they surely fool a lot of people. I made a trip to OR Thambo because the courier that was used is Skylink. We got a tracking nr Skylink and for Fed Ex. There is no Skylink at OR.We visited their offices of Fed Ex and they check the tracking nr and that does not excist on the system. We called a guy from Fed Ex office and it told the manager that they are at OR premises at the second floor, that does not excist. He or she disconnected the phone. They even told us that the package should be delivered today (1st August) and that never happend. The people that we speak to at Skylink was Nancy, Irene and Andries. That is very poor, bad service delivery. I only want a refund that I never going to get.
