Epairs process is too admin intensive

I bought an aqua flosser from a retail store in March.

I was happy with the product until a month ago when I realised that the aqua flosser isn't charging and is ineffective.

I have called your service and repair side of the entity and the process is too long.

If a product doesn't work and is specifically a Panasonic branded item, I do not understand all the admin involved in getting replaced since the item is four months old, or repaired.

Is there an easier way to get my aqua flosser repaired without having to search for a receipt as proof of purchase.

I spent a lot of money on the product and i would have expected more help for such a well known brand.
