Nerg Aqua Poor Service Quality

After i ordered a Water Dispenser from George of Nerg Aqua, they asked me to pay full amount of R2900 for them to deliver on the 30th of August 2013. George kept on putting pressure, on me to make the payment. After making the payment, i got a call from a Gentlemen from Nerg Aqua's Accounts Department, and he told me that, he received my proof of payment of late, so he cant deliver it same day. He assured me that i will receive it on the following day, that was 31 August 2013. Days passed, Tuesday on the 3rd i called George, he told me that, the dispensers from their suppliers are finished, there s no stock .and he promiced to deliver it on Wednesday, and he apologised and said he will bring bottles of branded water as an apology. Wednesday, 4th of August, nothing in my hand, my money is gone, and nothing with us, but he keep on promising. I urge people not fal into the same trap
