Years of being client means nothing

I have been a member if the ISER group since 2005. I have had good service until today. They have allowed me to go over the limit of R30k to purchases to the value of over R200k. This means I am a good customer if you are allowed to go over the limit this much. Why there is a R30k limit in the first place I don't know. I have to pay them - R130k at the end of January and needed some stock from a supplier. Marilyn advised that that I must pay for the goods in cash as I am over my limit. I then transferred enough to cover this purchase which will go off the account for the end of the month. Marilyn advised that they need to see the funds in the account first in order to release the goods. Although we are at the same bank THIS does not matter. When Ingrid was there she understood my business and took time to assist. Johnny apparently is the only one to authorise the release but in all the times I have tried to speak to him he is never there. Surely there must be a person responsible to authorise when Johnny is not there. The attitude stinks and if they want my business they need to come to the party. WAKE UP. Treat you customers with respect!!!
