The screen cracked, I rushed to the samsung store in brooklyn mall.
Upon inquiry whether they are aware of the accidental damage warranty, they staff informed me that they knew all about it.
They are really clued up and friendly.
I received two updates form them, this is great, as these types of things usually needs to be followed up by yourself time and time again.
The process was effortless and speedy and I received my S4 on Tuesday 15 July 2013 again.
The phone works perfectly and no damage was caused by the handling thereof.
