Never in my life have a seen such bad service. Lost my phone and CaCell was asked to replace my phone, from day 1 the phone gave issues, the phone was collected and repaired (well that's what we all thought) a month later the phone died, after 3 days of calling them they promised that they will collect the phone well that never happened as well. Finally after following up with them they collected the phone and promised to return the phone within 3 days. Guess what day 3 came I asked when can I expect the driver and I get a call back telling me that they were doing me a favour by promising to repair the phone within 3days and that I can either take it or leave it & that there is nothing I can do because Tania the manager says so
