Until I went to a Samsung sales person to check it out. The phone they sold me was FAKE, ROOTED, AND JAILBROKEN - no genuine Samsung product will EVER be rooted or jailbroken (in fact, if you root or jailbreak your genuine Samsung cellphone, Samsung will REJECT the product for repairs). IN ADDITION, after a mere 2 months after purchase, my phone died due to "hardware problems"... their response? "Well, sometimes our supplier gives us a faulty phone, we can repair it for you, but there is nothing else we can do." - NO REPLACEMENTS, NO REFUNDS!!! And to make things worse, ICASA never received CaCell's cellular products for approval, so (you guessed it) THEY ARE ILLEGAL PRODUCTS AND ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD IN ANY RETAIL STORE IN SOUTH AFRICA!
