I had deductions going off from my Absa Accounts from November 2008. The reference on my statements only said "email". Absa confirmed that it was Comit Technologies that was deducting the money. I contacted Comit Technology, they said they will investigate and search for the recording. Afetr about 2 weeks they contacted me and told me that I will be refunded, this was on 13.07.2013 (I was told that the money will be visible in my acc after 7 working days). After that I contacted them again several times to query about the refund, no one comes back to me (The last consultant I spoke to was Charlotte) - Still haven't been refunded.
