I took my Tv to samsung Woodmead to be repaired, I was told that i have to pay R200 for the quotation. If i agree with the quotation, they will deduct that R200 and i will pay the balance but if i don't, if i feel that their quote is not affordable, then i forfeit my R200.
Where on earth do people pay such a big amount just to get the quote? not to mention that its their own brand.
I had to take my TV with me back home, unrepaired, undiagnosed.
