Don't be surprised if the persons on the phone all sound the same if you try to phone any of the 2-3 numbers on their websites as its all the exact same company. The website specifies separate numbers for both Jhb & Pta separately even listing the codes as 011 & 012 but all calls are diverted to the same person from the same company.
The website sais they operate 24/7 but let it be known that some services are excluded after house even though the site doesn't stipulate exclusions.
We operate in Jhb but in a recent experience we wanted to get quoted on getting a fellow employees stove fix in Pta we had a consultant, Lourens phone us & his version of the services they provided seems to vary all in the same conversation-His tone was arrogant & eventually I gave up and phoned head office again to complain. Our complaint resulted it Lourens phoning us back & insulting me & using foul language for us having the nerve to complain about him.
Enough said.
