Server crashed over 24 hours ago.
I have made appointments to see clients in Cape Town for 3 days since yesterday morning and have had to cancel all appointments thus far.
Unable to get through by phone to speak to somebody to hear what has happened and when my websites will be up and running again.
We are an online event registration company and all our events are also down! Totally unacceptable! Clearly they don't have a backup server to host websites if the main server crashes. I am moving all my websites to another ISP today. Not good enough!
