Why i was never advised about what iFind

On 15 June 2013 i Margaret Moagiemang purchased my 1st Apple product (macbook pro notebook) and i was very excited. No pre sale or after-sale tipstips were given to me. I was still learning how to use my new macbook pro and unfortunate thing happened on 27 June 2013. It was from my car by that use remote controls to interfere with the electronic car lock system.

When i called Apple i was asked if i activated iFind on my device and i told them i am not sure since i was still learning the nice things that i could do with it.

IFind helps you locate your device should you loose it. How i wish i knew about it because i have just lost almost R14 000.00 from just ignorance of my sales person. Had he spent some time to explain more to me instead of chasing making sales, i have been able to secure my device from such an unfortunate event. I have not injures it yet and i lost all. I feel betrayed and let down because Apple sells good expensive products and should just go an extra mile to help consumers understand their products better.
