Bad service overall

Following my upgrade to a business package in April 2013, which was to arrange as the sales consultant had absolutely no interest in my personal needs, my package was loaded incorrectly resulting in billing done incorrectly and on much higher rates. I personally keep going into Nashua Vaal offices to attempt to sort this out and get my account in order, almost every week for the past two months, and don't forget daily e-mails requesting assistance. Welile committed to recon my account and create credit notes where due. I received said recon, but the credit note forwarded to me did not match the recon. AGAIN, when querying this, no feedback is given. I now have to pay an account for end-June for which i have not even received a statement, thus i am blind to what Nashua Mobile is debiting from my bank account - AGAIN, THIS IS AFTER VARIOUS E-MAILS AND CALLS TO PLEASE FORWARD A STATEMENT!
I have been a loyal customer to Nashua Mobile for years now, and receiving this NO CARE - service is not only unacceptable, but extremely frustrating to me as my package is a business package used for work.
I would suggest to anyone i come across to never make use of Nashua Mobile.
