WARRANTY CLAIM

I purchased a fridge on 25.02.2012. Since having the fridge it has been in repairs 3 times. I contacted SAMSUNG SA at the beginning of July 2013 to find out what more can I do to get my fridge sorted. I supplied them with cash sale number, serial number etc. They came back to say I must send them my banking details as they are going to refund me as there is no longer a service agent in Polokwane, which I duly did. I have since phoned them 7 times to find out what is going and now they telling me that they are going to replace my fridge but they dont know when. They also asked me to find out from the old owners (the shop has new owners), on the other side of town, to see if they can give me a copy of my invoice cos my copy is faded!! They already have the serial number etc. Where is my warranty that SAMSUNG must honour? Why must I track down the old owners of the business? All I want is for my R8600 fridge to be repaired, placed or refunded!
