My husband and I bought a fridge and it just stopped working, we assume the thermostat is broken because it's running but not getting cold. Since the fridge is still under warranty, Samsung must come and fix it. When we phoned them about the issue, they said they will rather give us credit for the fridge and give us a brand new fridge, but we must sort it out from the store we bought it from. Since we moved from there, the store is 800km, and won't sort it out either! If Samsung does not make any effort to sort out our problem, and actually phone back for once, we will post this issue in every possible newspaper, starting with the Beeld!
