I went to sound-tech to have my sons memory card checked out, Rugshana told me it has a virus she will have to repair it, it'll then wipe everything off, I said she could. A week later I went back to seek advice on my card it too started giving problems after putting it into my sons phone. She told me it has a virus, hands the card back to me and said I should put it back into my phone to see what it'll tell me, because she had repaired it, I DID NOT ASK HER TO REPAIR IT! She then says I would not have been able to use it and starts assisting another customer. I left the store in a state as my only memories of a lost loved one was on the card! I phoned the store spoke to Keenan told him how upset I was he covered for her and told her what I'm saying, she made cheeky comments in the back ground. I phoned the branch in promenade and spoke to Noreen (the owners daughter) she apologised, told me that she'll have their technician check it out. A week later I had to phone to find out whats happening with my card as no one bothered to let me know. The staff now treat me differently as if this whole thing was my fault, they dont even greet me when I walk into the store.
