I purchased a new fridge at Macro, app 6 weeks later the compressor stopped working. Spent entire day phoning Macro, then told to phone Hisense, and going from one person to another. Eventually aranged a technician to come and repair on Saturday. He came app 13H00, took one look at the fridge, said he had no spares, told me he will arrange for Monday or Tuesday. Having arranged for somebody to be at home both days, nobody turned up to repair. This morning (Wednesday) I phoned, only to be told that they cannot come today, as they are fully booked, but could come on Saturday. Now I again have to cancil my apointments for Saturday and wait for the technisian. This is unacceptable. I already lost a lot of food as a result of this.
