The pick and pay boneless cooked gammon was on promotion and was advertised next to the fridges. There was no stock in the fridge and when I enquired at the counter I was told it was out of stock. I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to know why it was still being advertised if it was out of stock but Eddy would not come out of his office. He sent the staff to tell me it was out of stock, end of discussion. Not happy, I went to information and spoke to Gladys who phoned Eddy and was told the stock would only arrive on Friday. I asked again why it was still being advertised??? shrug of the shoulders, very regular at Northgate.!!!
