Our Samsung refrigerator became faulty in early April 2013. This was reported to the call centre. Eventually I decided to also report it to the walk in customer centre in Constantia Park as I was getting nowhere with the call centre. It is now 2 months down the line and I still do not have a working refrigerator despite calling them every day and having had the technician out to my home numerous times. They always have some lame excuse for the delays. This is terrible service for a product which is still under warranty. I am contemplating having a picket outside the Samsung store in Cresta Mall to warn potential customers of the bad support / customer service. I will never buy another SAMSUNG product as longs as I live!!!
