Service or Repairs non existint

I am the Unfortunate owner of a LG Solardom oven. I have a problem with the unit and have tried everywhere to get someone Official LG Repair centre to repair this unit.
The LG Support line was extremely UNHELPFUL once they actually answered the phone.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS... THERE IS NO AFTER SALES SUPPORT

I suppose I need to dump my investment and buy new.

NEVER EVER ANOTHER LG PRODUCT IN MY HOME
