I have reported last year December about my couch that pulling apart. After that i have reported again about my 4 times, and everytime they tell me they will get back to me. And like i said I've struggled to get responds from them since last year. This is the worst service ever and i feel like taking this lazyboy loungsweet back and ask them to give me a brand new one. I'll never buy from them ever again!!! It's pathetic.
